Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities
• Daily procurement execution (issuing purchase orders, follow-up on deliveries, handling issues) • Supplier management, supporting sourcing activities and supplier evaluation • Preparing price comparisons and conducting negotiations • Drafting contracts and framework agreements • Coordinating transportation related to international purchases • Supporting cost analysis and cost reduction initiatives • Handling administrative and reporting tasks
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment • Ability to conduct independent negotiations and manage contracts • Basic knowledge of international logistics and import/export processes • Fluent English (both written and spoken) • Strong communication and coordination skills • Proactive, open-minded, and self-motivated personality
