TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
ABOUT THE POSITION
Cellular Technology Ltd. (a US-based biotechnology parent company) and its group of subsidiaries have been pioneering immune monitoring since the start of the 21st century. Its European subsidiaries are looking for talented individuals, to become an integral part of our growing Post-Sales Support Team. If you are open for new challenges, possess a strong technical aptitude, are mechanically and electronically inclined and excel in a team environment, we are looking for you. A Technical Support Specialist will, as part of the Technical Support team, work in close cooperation with the Developer, Customer Service, and other cross functional teams to solve technological problems and help ensure customer satisfaction with our specialized instrumentation and systems.
Roles and responsibilities
• Understand the technological toolset and apply it to solve problems in the biotechnology field
• Investigate technical issues and help find appropriate solutions
• Install, service and support our systems, software and products remotely and on-site
• Test, validate and qualify our products before they are shipped to our customers
• Troubleshoot computer, electronics and mechanical equipment
• Train our customers on our systems, software and products
• Approach assigned duties with a sense of ownership and dedication
Requirements
• A degree in computer science, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study
• Effective communication in spoken and written English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, demanding, and rewarding environment
• Willingness and ability to travel across Europe
PREFERENCES
• Valid driving license
• German, or other spoken languages
