Software Engineer / Medior Front-End Developer
Background
We are developing high quality software for state-of-the-art biotechnological applications that are marketed worldwide. We are looking for programmers who are enthusiastic about good User Experience design, feel the urge to help software users achieve their goals through simpler and neater Graphical User Interfaces and are motivated by the importance of our background domain. We need new members to a team of professionals with deep technological background, excellent communications skills and a determination to make difference.
Requirements
- Familiarity with JavaScript/ PHP or other web scripting languages
- Familiarity with responsive design
- Familiarity with the .Net framework and the C# language
- Familiarity with HTML based UI development libraries
- Efficient written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with software product life-cycle management tools
Responsibilities
- Understanding the purpose of the developed application
- Understanding the user requirements for a modern interface
- Developing high quality software components for biotechnological applications
- Developing user interface, fitting to meet the latest (often changing) requirements
- Application of agile development methods

- Preference to work in teams, but aptitude for individual contribution
- Responsible, customer-oriented and helpful attitude
- Good problem-solving capabilities
- Constructive, algorithmic thinking
- Openness to learn new things
- Motivated by development for science (especially for the immunology domain)
- Motivated by the importance of their work
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field
